Digital energy evolution with Webflow

About the Case

HALLOSONNE, an innovation leader in the renewable energy sector, entrusted us with the task of relaunching their digital flagship store with Webflow. Our goal was to develop a website that not only showcases their advanced photovoltaic products, but also puts their vision of a more sustainable energy future in the spotlight. With an intuitive design and a clear navigation structure, we created a user-friendly website that not only provides visitors with comprehensive information, but also encourages them to actively become part of the necessary energy evolution.

Challenge

At the beginning of the project, HALLOSONNE was faced with a confusing and cumbersome webflow backend, which not only made it difficult to maintain the website, but also severely restricted the dynamic and organic development of its digital presence. Page performance was also suboptimal, which had a negative impact on the user experience. Our mission was therefore clear: to completely overhaul the backend and develop a modular, high-performance system that would not only improve the efficiency and scalability of the website, but also communicate HALLOSONNE's core messages - the transition to renewable energy - in an effective and engaging way.

Approach

The first step of our strategy was to fundamentally renew the backend in order to create a solid foundation for further development. By implementing the 'Finsweet Client-First Style' system, we realized a user-friendly and intuitive platform that enables HALLOSONNE to future-proof their digital presence. By developing flexible components including custom properties, we have implemented a versatile page building approach that allows content to be presented in a dynamic and engaging way. This strategic realignment allows HALLOSONNE to use their website as a vibrant showcase for their innovations and effectively share their message of sustainable energy generation.

Thanks to digitalwerk, we finally have a website that we can be really proud of - and more importantly, our users also seem to really like the new online presence: Several important KPIs have shown a very positive development since the relaunch, such as the bounce rate being reduced by almost 20%, while the start rate of our photovoltaic planner has increased by 20%.
